6. Frame Selection
Where framed products are available, customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate frame option before placing the order. Once production or framing has started, changes to the frame selection may not be possible. Please carefully verify the selected frame option before completing your order.
7. Orders
When you place an order on our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected product. An order will be considered accepted once the payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Chitra Story, subject to product availability and other applicable conditions. If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the circumstances.

In case of an obvious pricing or technical error, Chitra Story reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the affected order. 10. Order Cancellation
Because many of our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, cancellation is generally not possible once payment has been completed and production or processing has started. Production may include printing, drying, varnishing, framing, finishing, packing, or other preparation. If you wish to request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order. If production has not started, we may consider the request at our discretion. Cancellation is not guaranteed merely because the request is made shortly after placing the order.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Orders generally require 3–5 working days for preparation, printing, drying, finishing, framing where applicable, quality checking, and packing. After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 working days, depending on the destination. Most paintings are shipped through surface/road transportation because framed and large paintings occupy considerable space and air shipping can be significantly more expensive. We use reputed courier and logistics companies according to the delivery location and shipment requirements. The delivery timeline is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. 12. Customer Responsibilities for Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate: • Name • Address • City • State • PIN Code • Mobile number • Email address
Chitra Story may not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if a shipment needs to be re-dispatched because of incorrect customer information or failed delivery attributable to the customer.
13. Delivery Inspection and Unboxing
Customers are strongly advised to record a complete opening/unboxing video when receiving their package.
The video should show: • Outer packaging • Shipping label • Opening of the package • Complete product after opening • Any damage or defect

14. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Generally, correctly delivered products that are in acceptable condition are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange because many of our products are custom-printed and made-to-order. Return requests must generally be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with the required proof of purchase and opening/unboxing video.
